EL SALVADOR EL ESCUDO SAN JUAN BOSCO ESPRESSO
Paquito is a tablon (block) inside the greater San Juan Bosco farm at really high altitudes of El Salvador. This coffee is grown at about 1600 MASL. It is a mix of Bourbon and Catuai. Part of this farm was recently renewed and replanted. The producer is innovative in ways of processing and farming. He separates everything by days of picking and does different processes, fermentation and drying techniques, depending on capacity and potential of the lot.
Tasting notes of mandarin, orange and chocolate. Caramel sweetness, round and creamy.
