Put your filter in the Aeropress while your water is boiling. Mesure out 17 grams of fresh beans.
Grind your beans medium coarse. Rinse your filter with hot water. This way you will preheat your Aeropress and get rid of all unwanted paper flavors.
Throw the hot water in the sink and put the coffee in your Aeropress. Give it a gentle shake to even the grinds.
Fill the Aeropress with hot water until you reach the number 3. Wait for 60 seconds and give your coffee a gentle stir.
30 seconds later assemble your Aeropress. Insert the plunger in the cilinder and push it down slowly.
Stop pushing when you hear air coming out of the filter. Now enjoy that cup of purity!
