The v60 is our standard coffee dripper. Thanks to the spiral ribs on the inside you get an even extraction. After some training you will be able to make a quick and clean cup of coffee.

Prepare your v60 and weigh your fresh beans while the water is boiling. Use, depending on how strong you want your coffee, 10-12 grams per cup.
Grind your coffee medium. Before putting in the ground coffee, rinse your paper filter with hot water. This way you'll get rid of all unwanted paper flavors and you preheat your receiver.
Throw the hot water in the sink and put the ground coffee in your filter. Even it out by shaking gently. Put v60 and receiver on the scale.
Pour a small quantity of hot water (twice the weight of the coffee) on your grinds. Let the hot water saturate the grinds for 45 sec. This is called the blooming. The process will prepare the grinds for further extraction.
Pour more water on the coffee in circular motions. These motions must be made in the centre, without direct contact with the walls. 150ml is needed for one cup of coffee.
Now that you have brewed your cup of coffee, sit down and enjoy.
